Your Payroll account with Contact us is no longer in service. How do I fix this?

Welcome to the Community, hutch. I'll provide details to help you get your payroll account back in service. 

 

The error message occurs when your subscription has already expired. I suggest checking your billing and subscription status to verify if that's the cause. 

 

If so, I recommend resubscribing to your QuickBooks Online(QBO) Payroll subscription. I'll gladly guide you through the process:

 

  1. Click on the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Choose Billing & Subscription, then Resubscribe for payroll.
  3. After reviewing the Subscription summary, enter your payment information and method.
  4. Hit Resubscribe when done.
