At the moment our Reception Manager who approves timesheets gets an email every time a single day's timesheet is submitted by each receptionist.  Is it possible to change this to once a week?

Good day to you, Beryl.

You can change the email notification schedule of your QuickBooks Time/Timesheet base on your business preference. Let me show you how.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click the Profile (first letter of your company name) icon at the top right corner.
  3. Select Notifications.
  4. Under SCHEDULE, check or uncheck the notification type to the right of each reminder option.

You can also check this article for more details: Set schedule reminders and notifications in QuickBooks Time.

Moreover, you can also get in touch with our QuickBooks Time support team for additional guidance in setting up your email notifications.

Let me also add this article that you can use for reference in managing your employees time in QuickBooks Time/Timesheet: QuickBooks Time Schedule.

You can always get back to me if you have any other concerns regarding your QBO account and employees. I’ll be around to help you. Stay safe and keep well!
