All employees ceased (P45s issued) end of April 2019. Ran April EPS. Now Payroll is requesting June (overdue) and July (soon) - how with zero employees?

The pay run schedule will continue even if your employees are marked as a leaver. You can just disregard it since you’ve already submitted your EPS.
