Any one else getting 'something unexpected happened..' for your payroll access?

Hi, RosBCAM! I'm here to ensure you can access payroll in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The occurrence of the error message while using the Payroll function in QBO can be caused by the stored cache in your regularly used browser. The browser uses cached data to load web pages quickly. However, too much of it can lead to the QuickBooks program's functionality issues.

To resolve this, we recommend accessing your QBO account via a private window. It'll help us verify the error message since this doesn't save any browsing history or files. Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

• Safari: Command + Shift + N 
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

If you can access the Payroll function, clear the browser's cache. Doing so deletes all the data from your browser and optimizes its performance. Using other supported browsers also helps us verify if this is a browser-specific issue.
