Are there any issues getting on to run payroll? been trying since last night but not responding and I'm a day late for HMRC now.

I've tried to check our records here and found that there's no reported similar to your concern. Can you share if you encounter an error message? This way, I can share with you an accurate solution with this.

 

Let's  figure out if the browser issue is the cause of why you're unable to run payroll.

 

First, let's try clicking the Reload icon to refresh your browser. If the same thing happens, you can log in using an incognito window. This way, we'll know if it's your regular browser, which causes this unexpected behavior. 

 

If you haven't tried it, you can follow the shortcut keys, depending on what browser you're using.

 

  1. Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  2. Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  3. Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  4. Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Then, try to process payroll again. If you're able to do it, you can go back to your main browser and clear the cache. It helps to troubleshoot and increases the performance of your browser. Aside from that, you can open your account in a different browser and process the same thing.
