Bonus payment for all employees

Hi, 

 

Is there a quick way to add a bonus payment to all employees without having to manually add the item to each employee? The bonus is the same amount for everyone and we have several pay runs with around 50 people on, so adding them individually when it is the same for everyone will be time consuming. We use quickbooks online advanced payroll.

 Hello Jenniferbiddel, Thanks for posting on the Community page,  so you can set up a payrate template and then as long as it is ticked in the employees  it will automatically  show in the payrun for every employee. Unless you set up a pay rate template and then add the employees onto that template and then fill in the amounts  it will auto fill on the payrun but again in  pay rates you would need to be on that template setting.  So to set up the pay rate template of you click on payroll> payroll settings >pay conditions >pay rate templates> add
