Can i continue to use Quickbooks desktop for my day to day bookkeeping but use Quickbooks Advanced payroll online for payroll only?

Yes, we can have QuickBooks Desktop for bookkeeping. However, for QuickBooks Online we'll have to have the regular QuickBooks Online subscription if we want to us the Payroll service. You can subscribe to our QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Service instead to track our businesses and transactions as one.
