Can i convert QuickBooks Enterprise solution 13 to Quickbooks Pro

I can see how beneficial being able to convert your QuickBooks Enterprise to the Pro version. Right now, the option to migrate from your current product is unavailable.

If your data file has more than 10,500 records in a single list or a total of 14,500 records in all combined lists, you won't be able to do the migration. Also, if you need more than 5 users, you cannot do the migration. Can you confirm that you are under these limits?
