Can I enter an end date for pension,an employee was entered twice by mistake under 2 different dates for the same pension scheme, so his payslips keep taking two lots .

Hi dawn20,

 

 

Do you know which version of the Payroll you are using within QuickBooks Online? 

 

 

There are currently three versions in use; If you are using Paysuite, this will say 'Powered by Paysuite' on the left of the page when clicking onto the 'Employees' tab.

 

Our standard payroll has two sections when selecting the 'Employees' tab - Payroll and Employees.

 

The new advanced payroll will show Employees, Pay Run, Advanced Leave, Reports, and Settings tabs.

 

 

Please check and confirm which payroll you have :)
