Can i know why i can not see switch to company option from today?

when we need we can go each company in our group but "switch to company" option is not shown today

Please know that we have an ongoing investigation of having no option to switch companies in QuickBooks Online. This means that multiple users are affected by this issue. Thus, I recommend contacting our Phone Support team so they can add you to the list of affected users.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Select Search, then press the Contact Us button.
  4. Enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
  5. Choose the best way you'll want to reach out to us.

Make sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
