Hi there, vandapapriwal.

Yes, you can set event reminders in QuickBooks Online by using the Invoice Google calendar. Before doing that, I suggest going to the App center inside QuickBooks. Then look for the Invoice Google calendar to integrate with QBO and to import your calendar events to your invoices so you can bill for your work.

Here's how:

  1. Click Apps at the left panel and choose Find Apps.
  2. Search for Invoice with Google Calendar, then select the app.
  3. Click the Get App Now.
  4. Follow the instructions to complete the process.

Once connected, the Google Calendar app will ask you to choose the default service you prefer when applying the recorded time from Google Calendar to an invoice. Follow these steps if you need to modify this setup:

  1. Select Apps menu from the left panel and choose My Apps.
  2. Find the Invoice with Google Calendar app card and choose Settings from the drop-down to open the Intuit App Centre.
  3. Click Change from the Default service item and rate section.
  4. Select the appropriate service item from the drop-down (price rate is associated with the item and will need to be changed in the Products and Services list within QuickBooks Online).
  5. Hit the Save and close button.

Please check this article for additional information on how to use the Invoice with Google calendar and how this app integrates with QBO: How to set up and use Invoice with Google calendar.

You can also send reminders to customers when their invoices are over or soon to be overdue. Please refer to this article to perform the steps: Automate and send invoice reminders in QuickBooks Online.
