Can someone explain why all my employees are only getting a small part of their payslips, even historical ones?

Thank you for your Message PigzleFly - I have forwarded this information to our Engineering team. I agree with your conclusion; however i think it's worthwhile me making the Engineers aware. I expect the likely are already aware; but it never harms me adding this information! :)

Can I confirm which version of the payroll you are running - Standard, Advanced, or PaySuite? 

 

To clarify the issue, are you referring to the emailed payslips not showing a full breakdown of PAYE, or the deductions on the payslips?

I'm using QB Online standard version. However, having tested a payslip by forwarding it to a different machine it shows the complete document. We've come to the conclusion that the problem is almost certainly iOS 13 as all the payslips, even the historical ones they've previously seen are showing just the bottom left hand corner of the slip since the phones were updated.
