Can you record holiday pay on timesheets without payroll or tsheets?

Since you don't have a payroll subscription, you can enter an Expense to record the holiday payment in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the +New icon.
  2. Under Suppliers, click Expense.
  3. Fill in the necessary information.
  4. Click Save and close.
