cannot find rollback in action menu

To find the rollback option if you are using Paysuite you will have select Employees, select the drop down menu to the right of run payroll in the top right hand corner, select Payroll Settings, select Pay Calendar, to the right of the open period/period you are currently in there is a drop down menu to the right of View Payslips, in the ACTION column, within the drop down select Rollback, then follow the instructions.

If you are using QuickBooks Online Payroll, select Employees, select Payroll, select the most recent payroll you have ran and there will be a dustbin icon, select the dustbin icon and follow the instructions.
