Question

Cannot open QB with screenlock It does not give me that option even though it is on. Only with fingerprint which is difficult with gloves on. Anyone else had this issue?

Hi there, @chrisvagg.

 

You can change the way how you will unlock the screen lock in QuickBooks Mobile aside from using the fingerprint option. I'd be glad to show you how.

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks (QB) account using QB Mobile App.
  2. Tap on the three-dotted vertical line on the upper left corner and select Settings.
  3. Go to Security Settings and turn on the Screen Lock. Note: If it's already turned on, turn it off and back on.
  4. Tap USE PIN to setup secure sign-in.
  5. Enter the pin code, then it will automatically update.
  6. You can also set up the time when it will auto-lock the app after entering the PIN code.
