Change bank account payroll comes out of

I'm using Quickbooks Online and just changed bank account. I've added the new account into Quickbooks and uploaded statements manually, all fine. However, when I ran payroll yesterday Quickbooks put the salaries as coming out of the old account. I cannot see a way to select which account payroll uses, can any one help?

Hey lwwwhite, 

 

If you are using the QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll then you can change the bank account the journal posts to by going to the Cog Wheel > Accounts and Settings > Payroll > Journal Mapping and changing the net pay account.

 

Let us know if you are using a different version of the payroll,
