Client now using qb online but banking sections does not see payroll transaction auto posted in bank account. Using rule causes dup entries

Hi there, @kevinloyltd.

 

Let's manually update your bank account to download the payroll transactions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Banking from the left menu.
  2. Select the appropriate bank account from the list.
  3. Hit the Update button.

Also, if you turn on the Auto-add option when setting up bank rules, this may cause duplicate transactions. You'd like to turn it off to avoid duplicate transactions.

 

  1. In the Bank Rules window, select the rule you created and click Edit under the Actions column.
  2. Turn off the Auto-add option.
  3. Click Save.
