Hi Fire360, thanks for joining the Community.

Did you resubmit the end-of-year EPS from QuickBooks after correcting the amount?

Hi there, Fire360.

I want to ensure you can correct end of year EPS submission.

You can resubmit the EPS through your QuickBooks Online account, here's what you'll need to do:

  1. In the left menu, click Taxes.
  2. Select Payroll tax.
  3. Locate the EPS filing that is Due now. If it's Overdue, the EPS will show the date it was supposed to be sent.
  4. Choose the EPS and view the details.
  5. If this is your first time send an EPS, enter your HMRC credentials then select Submit. If the submission is successful, the status will change to Accepted.

For more details about submitting an EPS, see this article: How to submit an EPS in QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll. It also contains a video for your visual reference.

However, if you're unable to submit an EPS, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team. They have the tools to performing a screen sharing session and guide you on the resubmission. To reach them, here's how:

  1. Go to the Help icon at the top.
  2. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with.
  3. In Search, select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  4. Choose how you want to be connected: Start a chat or Call us.

Ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available.
