Couldn't do a reconnect to hmrc. on the lets go green button it doesn't take me to a link to hmrc.i think the screen i need flashes on very briefly then its covered over

Thanks for reply, its sorted. I opened it on a private window and it worked. which is probably the same effect as clearing cache. many thanks

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies and then trying again reconnecting to HMRC.
