Let me guide you on how to verify if you already have a Payroll subscription, usertws-uk.

We can check this one on the Billing & Subscription page to see if you have an active Payroll plan in QuickBooks Online. Let me show you how:

1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
2. Choose Account and settings.
3. Proceed to the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. Go to the QuickBooks Payroll section to check if you have an active one.
5. Press Done.

If you don't have one and you'll want to turn on Payroll, just follow the steps in the Turn on QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll article. After you finish with all your setup tasks, you’ll be up and running and run payroll without having to go to setup again unless you need to make a change.
