Do I tick 'This is the final pay run for the tax year' for each payroll: weekly, 2 weekly and monthly (I have all 3) or just the last one that I submit before 5 April?

Hello Justyna2, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

If you have 3 pay runs to submit then you have to click the button on each pay schedule  to say it is the final pay run for the tax year then EPS will be sent for all of them.
