Question

Does anyone else have problems loading Payroll pages when on Safari? I can access the Payroll pages on Google Chrome but not Safari (I've cleared caches, etc)

Quickbooks Online payroll all looks fine on Google Chrome but on Safari it loads to a blank white page. I've cleared caches, cookies and history, tried a private window and tried on wifi and hotspot data. Also tried safari on another device and still the same blank page. I will contact apple support but wanted to see if anyone had experience the same and had a solution. Thanks!

Hi fiona-devioconst, thanks for joining us on the Community. 🙂

QuickBooks Online is developed in Google Chrome and so we do recommend using this as the default browser where possible for optimised experience. Do you have plug-ins enabled on the Safari browser? The payroll is a separate plug-in from the QuickBooks software and will not load successfully if this is disabled. 👩‍💻

Hi you inspired me to try all the different settings.

I had the setting 'prevent cross site tracking' enabled. I tried disabling this and that seems to have done the trick!
