Does anyone having problems with payslips saying sent but no one receiving?

Hello there, @manager23.

 

There's currently an in progress investigation about employees not receiving their payslips. Our product engineers are diligently working on this issue. We appreciate your patience during this time. 

 

I recommend contacting Support team  to be added to the list of affected users to receive email updates about the investigation. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help (?) icon.
  2. Enter in the search field your concern
  3. Tap the Contact Us button.
  4. Select Get a callback and fill in all the necessary information.
  5. Choose to Confirm my call.

Also, our Chat Support team is available every Monday to Fridays from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. Then, every Saturday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST.
