doing my first furloughed pay run%2C have followed instructions now get missing a required input %3F%3F

I am doing my first pay run using furlough payments and have followed instructions to set up the furlough payment and the additional top up payment that  I have chosen to do, all figure look fine , but when i try to save a view draft I get a message to say missing required input and can't work out whats missing, can anyone help please

I'd like to know more about this. Can you share with me what payroll plan you're using? This way, we'll be able to figure out what information should be entered and not be missed depending on the plan that you're using.

 

Meanwhile, we can also follow these recommended troubleshooting steps it which help to navigate QuickBooks without getting an unexpected error message.

  1. Click the Reload icon or press CTRL F5 to refresh QuickBooks.
  2. Aside from using the Reload icon, we can use a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.
  3. If we are able to do it, we can clear the cache of your original browser. Also, you can use other compatible browsers in QBO
