Emailing payslip doesn't work. Why isn't payslip delivering to my staff via email? How to fix it?

An investigation is created to resolve this error. In the meantime, I recommend contacting our Support team so they can add your details to our notification list. This will help our product engineers determine the number of affected users.

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief discussion then click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start messaging.

As a workaround, we can download and send your employee's payslips through email. Here's how:

  1. Click Workers on the left pane.
  2. Select Employees.
  3. Click the Paycheck list hyperlink.
  4. Select the NET PAY of your employee.
  5. Click Print.
  6. In the PDF page, select the Download icon.

Then, email the payslip to your employees.
