I'm here to ensure this gets taken care of, robin.

In QuickBooks Online, the Employer Payment Submission (EPS) will appear after running payroll. There are several reasons why it's missing, and I've listed them below.

  • No Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP) or Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP) has been paid.
  • There are outstanding payrolls for the tax month. Though this will be listed, it can't be submitted until you've completed them.

Please note that you can submit the report between the 6th and 19th of each month. If you miss the deadline, we can still do it the following month. Beforehand, we'll have to delete the overdue EPS.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll tax.
  2. Click the overdue EPS we need to delete.
  3. In the pop-up window, select the Bin icon to delete the period.

For more details about the process, you can browse any of these articles depending on the payroll subscription you have:

Also, make sure you have no pending payrolls. If you need help completing them, you can refer to the relevant articles based on your payroll subscription.

Additionally, I've added these articles that'll help you learn more about using the CIS feature and the reports you can run to track the track CIS withheld or suffered:
