EPS data is always showing incorrectly and errors arise that support is unable to resolve. I am having to use HMRC Basic PAYE Tools despite paying for QB advanced payroll

I appreciate the time and effort you've spent with one of our support agents. I'll personally share your feedback with our Customer Support Team regarding the unresolved EPS data you have in QuickBooks Online (QBO). We'll be able to take action on improving our customer service.

 

I checked on our records and there's no reported case about this one. In this case, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team. I know you already called however this is the best thing we can do for them to further check on what's causing the EPS data issue. Just provide the case number to the phone agent for them to review your case. You may send a message via chat, call us at a time convenient to you, or we’ll get in touch with you instead. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help icon on the top right. 
  2. Enter your concern in the search field.
  3. Choose Talk to a human.
  4. Click the OK. To get you to the right human, in a few words, tell me what you need help with option and tap I still need a human
  5. Press Contact us.
  6. Tick Continue
  7. Choose Message an agent or Get a callback.
