Error running payroll

I'm trying to run payroll and I get a "something went wrong" error.

I don't actually have any payments to make, but I've previously been able to run the payroll so that I can submit something to HMRC.

Hi PaulRudin, thanks for posting on the Community today

We don't have any similar reported errors at the moment, and you should be able to submit a nil EPS for the period when no payments are made.

To check for any browser issues that may be causing this, please first try running the payroll by signing into QuickBooks through a different browser or incognito browsing window.
