For months my employees have nor received payslips even though paysuite telling me they have been emailed

We have an investigation currently in place concerning about employee's payslip not being received via email. Our product engineers are now prioritizing this so you can get back to your business as soon as possible.

 

I recommend giving our Customer Care Team a call to add your account details to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive an update as soon as a fix becomes available.

 

Here's how to contact support:

 

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Hit Contact us.
  3. Enter "employee's unable to receive their payslip notice" in the description, then click Let's talk.
  4. Choose to Get a callback.

 

Please check out our support hours to ensure that we address your concerns on time.

 

In the meantime, you'll want to download payslips manually and send them outside of QuickBooks Online

 

Additionally, you can run several payroll reports in QuickBooks to view useful information about your business and employees.
