Question

For the last 6 weeks my HMRC Submission Check box has remained amber instead of turning green, despite the HMRC Submission having been made. Can anyone suggest a fix?

The error has been evident since the start of June - all previous weeks the HMRC Submission icon has turned green once the submission has been made and accepted by HMRC.
