Has anyone been able to migrate to Advanced Payroll? I have followed instructions and there is no option on the employees tab to choose the Advanced Payroll option.

Hello, @alex.moss.

 

Let me share some information on how the payroll migration works.

 

If your account is a new one, you should have the option to "Choose your plan" in the Employees tab. If you don't have one, the stored data of the current web browser you're using may affect its performance and results in odd behavior.

 

To fix this, let's login to your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser and migrate your payroll subscription. You can use the following short keys: 

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you're able successfully migrate to Advance Payroll, you may want to clear the cache of your regular web browsers. Otherwise, you may use a different web browser.

 

However, if your payroll account is under Standard payroll, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to migrate your payroll subscription on a secured environment.
