Has anyone else been unable to add payroll to their plan, perhaps because they are also unable to update their billing info?

I'd like to know why you're not able to add payroll and update your billing information in QuickBooks Online. Did you receive an error message? If yes, you can comment back below so that I can give a specific resolution. If there's no error, I'd suggest performing a browser troubleshooting method. This is done to check if this is caused by the accumulated data in your browser that becomes outdated over time. I'd be glad to show you the way.

 

Let's begin by using an incognito browser since it doesn't save any data. Then, try to add payroll or update your billing info. If you're able to do it successfully, you can go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. It's done to avoid getting the same issue. However, if you're still not being able to do those tasks, you can use other supported browsers.
