Has anyone else received the error message: "We can’t connect to HMRC right now" but have registered with HMRC and received the confirmation email?

Hello accounts69, 

 

I reviewed the error in our list of reported concerns and found a similar one. In the meantime, our engineers are closely looking into a resolution to this. 

 

I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Agents so they can add you to the list of affected users. Here's how: 

  1. From the upper-right corner, click Help indicated with a question mark. 
  2. Click Contact us and then enter the error on the What can we help you with? field. 
  3. Then, click Let's talk
  4. You can either Chat or Get a callback from us. 

We'll be notifying your through email once fixed. Thanks for your patience.

I would love to but the seem greyed out.  Bank holiday?
