Having little success reconnecting my clients co-op bank accounts after last weeks up-grade their end, any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

When you do the reconnection are you getting any error messages or codes showing up at all? Are you trying to do the connection on the app or web browser version of Quickbooks?
