Hello, I'm having an issue, when scanning a receipt, none of the payees previously entered are appearing in the payee section. Any idea as to how to resolve this? Thanks

Let's make sure that you can see the names when categorising scanned receipts, paymyvintagecult.

Regarding the payee names not showing when selecting suppliers - let's check a couple of things. 

First, make sure those suppliers weren't made inactive. Here's how:

1. Go to the Expenses menu and select Suppliers. If you're on Business view, select Get paid and pay, and then click Suppliers.
2. Click the small Gear icon in the right-hand corner, just above Action.
3. Check the box for Include inactive.
4. Review the list if you can see the payee. If they were made inactive, open the supplier's profile and click Make Active.

After that, go back to the scanned receipts and check if you can already see the names of the payees. 

Second, a possible browser issue might have caused the names to not show up if they were not made inactive.

I would recommend logging in to your account in an incognito/private browsing session. This can help resolve any cache or browser-related issues that might have hidden the supplier's name. Here are some steps you can follow:

1. Open your browser and click on the three dots in the upper-right corner.
2. Select "New Incognito Window" or "New Private Window" from the dropdown menu.
3. Log in to your QBO account in the new window.
