Solved

Hello - I no longer have any employees paid via my company, I have been submitted nil payrolls and EPS... but I don't see any option to say the scheme has ceased?

Hello Kstorrie,

Thanks for getting back to us,

So in Standard payroll, there is no option to show this, you would need to do this via HMRC basic tools.

Once you have told HMRC via basic tools, then you can cancel the payroll subscription from the main cog wheel>account and settings>billing and subscription and it is also just a case of leaving the payroll section along in Quickbooks and you won't get charged for it if you don't need to run any payrolls.

Welcome to the Community page,

Can we ask which payroll it is you are using in Quickbooks is it our Standard or Advanced?
