Question

Hello there, I am connected for MTD with my Pro adviser but none of my clients are connected. Is there something else to do?

If you've registered your clients for MTD under your Agent Services Account, you can authorise yourself to submit on behalf of them in QuickBooks by going to the Cog > Company settings > Advanced > Making Tax Digital for your clients > Learn how to connect > Follow the on-screen flow to connect. 

 

Once this is enabled, you'll then need to go into each eligible client account individually and select Taxes > Edit VAT > Edit Settings > Slide on the switch for MTD - we've got the full guide here for reference. 🙂
