Hello, yesterday i connected with your support team regards to the core payroll access we are facing. however it is not resolved yet

Oh, alright. Upon checking the account, I can see it here that the account was attached to an investigation, and it has already been closed. However, the account is under your accountant billing and you need to ask the accountant to open their firm account and then go to subscription and billing and look for your business name and resubscribe payroll and he/should be able to resubscribe the account as the payroll has been completely change to Core Payroll.””””””

In your case, I recommend contacting our payroll support. I understand you've already contacted our experts, but they can pull up your account, which is beyond what we can do here in the Community space.

  1. Head to the Help icon, then the Search tab.
  2. Type in Contact Us in the search bar.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Choose the Chat or Callback option.
     


You can reach our support by phone from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Mondays to Fridays, or message them live on Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
