Help my employee needs his payslips and no matter where I look I can't find them anywhere? I have been sending them through quickbooks every month but he has not done it?

In QuickBooks Online, you can invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce, where they can conveniently access their payslips whenever needed, as they are automatically published after you run payroll.

Here's how:

1. Navigate to the Payroll tab, then select Employees.
2. Click Add an Employee.
3. Type the employee's first and last name.
4. Check the box that says, "Invite employee to enter their personal details and view their payslips online with QuickBooks Workforce."
5. Enter the employee's email address. Doing this will automatically send an invitation for them to access their payslips.
6. They'll also receive an email with instructions on how to set up their Workforce account. It will automatically send an invitation for them to access their payslips.
7. Select Invite my employee.

Alternatively, you can download his payslip, print it, and then send it through his email:

1. Navigate to the Payroll, then click Employee.
2. Select the employee whose payslip you want to send.
3. Click Payroll payment list, then Print.
4. Download it and then send it through your employee's email.
