Question

Hi, I am paying an employee £9000 over a 19 week period... It is not including tax on my payroll, should he not be being taxed? Thanks

Hi graeme-browne88,

 

You can double-check your employee's tax setup and make sure that it's correct.

  1. Go to Employees and click the employee's name.
  2. Click on Tax information and review its details.

If everything is correct, please get in touch with our payroll agents to investigate this further. They have a tool for a screen-sharing session, and they can help you adjust your tax when necessary.

  1. Click on Help and choose Contact us.
  2. Enter a short summary of your concern and click on Let's talk.
  3. Choose from Chat or Get a callback.
