Having you here in the Community is greatly appreciated. I'd be delighted to help you isolate your issue in QuickBooks Online.

To check the payment of your national insurance, you can view the Employment Payment Record report. It displays the amount owed to HMRC for a specific tax month. If you make weekly payments, the data will reflect the sum of the weeks for the applicable tax month. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to view your reports in QuickBooks.
  2. Select Run under Employment Payment Record.
  3. Choose the current year.
