Hi I pay my 15 year old daughter £50 a month to do our filing. She doesn't pay tax . Whats the bests way to record this and pay her on quick books? Thanks

Hi userstrawfordforklif, thanks for joining us on the Community - if you haven't already, you'd first need to create an expense account to track the payments (Cog > Chart of Accounts > New) - you can then record the monthly payments with an expense transaction (+ New > Expense), with the bank account selected under 'payment account', the expense account under 'category' and the amounts are field set to 'No VAT'. If you're using QB Essentials or Plus, you can save time by setting this as a recurring transaction - to do this just select 'Make recurring' on the bottom of the first transaction when entering. 👩‍💻
