Question

Hi, my account is suspended, I would like to bring it back to use. Please need your help. Profile doesn’t show where to subscribe again. My company ID is xxxxxxxxxxxx814

Hi Matthew!

 

There is an option to reactivate your account in the settings. Simply click on the Cogwheel icon and choose Accounts and settings. Then, go to your Billing and Subscription page and reactivate your QBO subscription.

 

If you don't see that option in your QBO company, please contact our Support team to check your account. They have the tools to check it.

  1. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  2. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us: Email or Chat.
