Hi there, I have all sufficient subscriptions for running payroll, however I am unable to get into the payroll section. Is this because I am running on a phone or iPad?

Thanks for reaching out to us, @office-cgpsltd-c.

 

Since phone and browser have different platforms, some of the features in QBO won't work with phones. That includes running payroll. As a workaround, you can open your account via a browser and process your payroll.
