Hi There, The VAT matching hasn't worked hasn't worked for the 01/11/2019 to 31/01/2020, even though the payment was made in the Taxes menu. Please advise. Stephen

Hi Stephen-trull, Welcome to the Community 👋🎉To clarify the recorded VAT payment is not matching to the Bank record for that transaction? If so, this sounds like when recording the payment something may have been entered incorrectly, Could you check the payment recorded by going into taxes>payments, Is the dates correct and match what date the funds left the bank? Is the account the correct account? and payment amount? If you do notice that it was recorded incorrectly, you can delete the payment by going to the bottom of the payment delete. Go back to the taxes for that return and re-record the payment ensuring all the details provided are accurate. let us know how you get on. Thanks
