Hi there, we signed up for MTD a while ago now, thinking everything was all in place, however we have never received our MTD confirmation email.

I wonder if anyone else has had this issue and if so what they have done to resolve the issue? When we tried to sign up again to MTD in the hope it would spark the confirmation email to come through, it says we are already signed up. Any assistance would be very gratefully received.

I'm here to make sure that you can register for MTD successfully. 

 

You can search your inbox or spam/junk folder for an email sent to you by:

  • Government Gateway
  • no-reply@access.service.gov.uk
  • noreply@tax.services.gov.uk

 

If you still can't find the email, you can reach out to HMRC directly. You'll be asked to confirm your details, so make sure you have your VAT registration number and HMRC registered postcode to hand.
