Hi, we use Brightpay for our payroll we then have to input this data to QB online - we are struggling to get the information processed correctly.
On the old desktop version we used to process as a journal and breakdown the tax, NI, pension etc but this online version doesnt seem to want to process this. When we pull up a cost report it has negatives where positives should be and visa versa but with no rhyme and reason - can anyone talk me through how to process a payslip from another package onto QB - an easy step instruction ?
