Question

HiA new starter has been added to the payroll, however the previous pay/tax deducted has been included within current employment Can this be amended and resubmitted?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I suggest contacting our customer support team so they can help you amend the previous pay/tax deduction for your current employee. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  3. Click the Contact Us button and enter your concern.
  4. Press Continue.
