Hello susan-thompson22

There are  3 different payrolls currently with QuickBooks Online.

We have therefore included steps for how to file an EPS for each payroll.

If you are using QuickBooks advanced payroll we have included a how to link here

If you are using QuickBooks standard payroll

  1. Select Taxes, then select Payroll Tax. In the Payroll Tax Centre, you'll notice that if you have an EPS filing that needs to be sent, it is listed under Due Now with a status of Overdue and the date that it was supposed to be sent.
  2. Select the EPS and view the details.
  3. Select Submit. Enter your HMRC credentials if this is the first time you’re making a submission to HMRC, then select Submit. Want to file faster? Skip a couple of steps by simply saving your government gateway credentials. You’ll see the message that the EPS was submitted successfully, after which you should see a Status of Accepted.

If you are using Paysuite you would just need to go through the steps below to submit an EPS to Hmrc

  1. Select Company Cog, then select Employer Settings. In the Real Time Information section, you'll notice an option to send an EPS.
  2. Select the EPS and view the details.
  3. Select Submit. Enter your HMRC credentials if this is the first time you’re making a submission to HMRC, then select Submit.

\Any questions or if you do not see those options just reply back here to this post on the Community
