How can I get my rejected HMRC FPS submission sorted? I have tried many times and my credentials are fine. If it's not Quickbooks end, how I can get HMRC to look at it?

Let's get this sorted out so you can submit your FPS successfully. We can access our account through a private browser to check if this is a cache-related issue. Please use these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

 

  • For Chrome press Ctrl+Shift+N
  • For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P
  • For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N

Right after, let's try submitting the FPS once  again. If you're able to submit it, let's go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This process will delete browsing history and start the program fresh. As an alternative, you can also try using other supported browsers.

 

However, if you're still getting the same result, I'd recommend reaching out to our phone support team so they can do a screen-share with you and troubleshoot this behavior for you.

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter the " FPS submission rejected" as your concern. 
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose either to Start a message or Get a callback.
